This policy covers the information handled by our editorial and concierge desk. Clinical records created by a treating clinic are held by that clinic under its own policy, which it will provide on request.

Your name and contact details; the content of your enquiry; and, where you choose to share it, the health questionnaire and medical history you submit in preparation for a consultation.
Why We Collect It
To answer your enquiry, to prepare a clinic for your consultation, and to arrange the logistics of your programme. We do not use your health information for marketing.
Who We Share It With
Only the clinic or partner delivering the service you have asked for, and only with your knowledge. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
