Terms of Service

We are not a clinic; we are your trusted advisors, your quality assurance, and your concierge in the pursuit of optimal health and vitality. These terms set out what that means in practice.

In Short

Clinical assessment and any personalised health plan are handled by the licensed Indonesian physicians at the clinic performing the programme; our editorial desk handles enquiries and scheduling, not medical advice.

The desk holds no licence, issues no permit and grants no approval. It does not present itself as a regulator.
Nothing on this site is a substitute for a decision made by the office that actually holds the authority.
Where we have an interest — a service the group sells, a partner we work with — the page says so in plain words rather than burying it.

The Detail

What You Are Agreeing To

By using this site, or by engaging the desk to arrange a programme, you accept the following.

Our Role Is Advisory

We research, vet and introduce. The medical relationship, and the responsibility that comes with it, is between you and the clinic delivering your programme.

No Medical Advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice. We have no in-house physician and we do not present our content as clinically reviewed.

Prices Are Indicative

Prices shown across this site are indicative and are confirmed by the clinic at the time of booking. Final cost depends on the therapies included and the extent of diagnostic testing.

Deposits & Balances

A deposit, typically 30% to 50% of the total programme cost, is usually required at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance is often due 30 to 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies are stringent but fair; a full refund might be available if cancellation occurs 60 days or more before arrival, with partial refunds or credit offered closer to the date. The clinic’s own policy governs.

Insurance

The vast majority of longevity programmes are not covered by medical insurance, as they are generally considered elective wellness and preventative care. Confirm with your provider before travelling.

Not For Emergencies

Our clinics are designed for preventative and regenerative health, not critical care intervention. If you are facing an acute medical emergency, a hospital with emergency infrastructure is the appropriate choice.

Content & Accuracy

We review service pages quarterly and correct them on the page, dated, when something changes. If a page is out of date or wrong, tell us — we would rather be told than left to discover it later.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Questions

Ask Before You Commit

If any part of these terms is unclear, ask the desk before you book rather than after.
